This blend is for those of us who need a little support with stress management. Using an organic herb blend of lavender, lemon balm, peppermint, orange and lemon peels, and passionflower, this blend helps to relax the mind and body in a way that helps you continue smoothly through your day.

Allow the tea to steep in a diffuser in 8 oz. of boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then add the sweetener of your choice.
